Early History 1950 to 6 September 1966:

We currently have no information on the early history of the car, except to know that the colour was changed from the original blue to green, which is the colour recorded on the buff log book issued on 6 September 1966 ( we suspect it was via red - looking at the car it looks like it was once painted red).

 

If anybody can help us with any information or photographs please contact us as we would very much like to fill in all the gaps.

 

6 September 1966 to 17 April 1967:

During this period the car was registered to a Mr David Charles Hobden, 42 Vesey Road, Wylde Green, Sutton Coldfield.

 

17 April 1967 to 23 January 1968:

During this period the car was registered to a Mr G. G. Mitchell, 110 London Road, Worcester.

 

23 January 1968 to ?:

During this period the car was registered to a Mr Michael William Smith, 335 Tolladine Road, Worcester. We don’t know if this owner kept it until 1975 or whether it changed hands during this period.

1975 to 1976:

We believe the car was owned by a Mr R. Hiscox, Maidstone, Kent during this period but have very little further information.

 

1976 to 29 August 2006:

During this period the car was registered to Mr D. Astridge, Folkstone, Kent.

 

29 August 2006 to Today:

I am now the registered keeper of the car and it is located near Avebury, Wiltshire (15 miles south of Swindon).
